Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is seeking a Cross-disciplinary Controls Lead Analyst (Vice President) to oversee design, assessment and reporting of end-to-end controls across Citi's risk and compliance framework in Singapore.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement efficient controls, monitor MCA activities and drive governance reporting to protect Citi's reputation and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years in operational risk, compliance, audit or control functions.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of Citi policies, standards, and procedures.
• Experience with Margin Lending and Residential Real Estate is a plus.
• Excellent communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of control effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Drive controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management framework execution and policy adherence.
• Support MCA program oversight including attestations and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans for gaps.
• Participate in issue quality reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Develop standardized risk and controls reporting for governance.
• Coordinate governance committee meetings and action follow-ups.
• Assess risk in business decisions to protect Citi's reputation and assets.
