A leading company in the fintech sector is searching for a skilled Product Manager specialized in cross-border payment products. The successful candidate will be responsible for product lifecycle management, requirement documentation, and inter-department coordination, ensuring compliance and driving product innovation in a rapidly changing market.
Job Description
1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of cross-border payment products (including payment, settlement, foreign exchange, account management, compliance and risk control modules), formulate product plans and continuously optimize and iterate;
2. In-depth research on various cross-border trade and payment scenarios such as B2B/B2C, based on user needs and pain points, leading product function solution design, including demand analysis, business process combing, competitive products and market analysis;
3. Coordinate the connection between cross-border payment products and the company's internal exchange, clearing and settlement, risk control, deposit and withdrawal systems, and support multi-scenario business needs of corporate customers and individual customers;
4. Independently write high-quality requirement documents (PRD), coordinate product design, R&D, testing, and online launch, and be responsible for product quality and project progress;
5. Responsible for cross-departmental communication and resource coordination, including close collaboration with technology, risk control, compliance, customer service and other teams to ensure the smooth implementation of products and compliance operations;
6. Track product operation data and market dynamics, gain insight into the latest industry trends (such as stablecoins, new global payment regulations, etc.), actively explore new growth points and promote product upgrades.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of product manager experience in cross-border payment, cross-border finance, third-party payment and other fields;
2. Familiar with SWIFT, international remittance, capital path, account system design, and those with multi-currency payment settlement or deposit and withdrawal product experience are preferred;
3. Have good product thinking, basic understanding of compliance, risk control (such as KYC/AML/CFT, etc.) and international regulatory policies, and can independently sort out complex business processes and transform needs;
4. Excellent project management ability, with efficient cross-team communication, driving force and complex problem-solving ability;
Bonus points (any one):
1. Familiar with overseas mainstream acquiring and clearing networks (such as Visa/MasterCard/SEPA/Fedwire, etc.);
2. Experience in designing/implementing ToB large customer payment products.
