Job summary

Shopee Singapore is offering a 3-6 month full‑time internship in cross-border performance analysis. You will help assess driving factors, monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to improve seller and buyer experiences.

You'll collaborate with Business Development and Marketing, coordinate cross-border campaigns, onboard sellers with feedback, and share daily status updates to the team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field.
• Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data.
• Strong oral and written communication skill.
• Creative and innovative approaches to solving problems.
• Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures.
• Monitor operational key performance indicators and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations on areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Business Development, Marketing, etc.) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross-border sellers and products.
• Coordinate cross-border campaigns.
• Liaise closely with key account managers to onboard new sellers and obtain sellers’ feedback.
• Send out daily status updates to the team on performance and upcoming activities.
