Job summary

CYS GLOBAL REMIT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an entry-level FX sales apprentice to grow the business via outbound calls and digital outreach, with commissions after apprenticeship and daily catered lunch.

You will perform KYC & CDD for account openings, establish client relationships, set sales targets, and strive to ensure customer satisfaction while handling English and Chinese inquiries. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FX products/services and settlement.
• Experience with KYC/CDD procedures is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to handle queries from Chinese-speaking customers.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and multi-project management.

• Develop new business via outbound phone and digital medium, such as - email and social media to introduce our FX products/services.
• Perform KYC & CDD for corporate and personal account opening.
• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers.
• Set and track sales targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.

Experience:

• Learn FX sales, settlement and cross-border payment.
• Knowledge in Forex Exchange will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate efficiently in written English & Chinese (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Chinese speaking customers).
• Must know how to use Microsoft - Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Aility to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
