Job summary

Shopee Singapore is offering a full-time internship to students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. You will analyse cross-border performance to uncover driving factors and monitor KPIs, while collaborating with Business Development and Marketing to improve exposure for cross-border sellers and products.

You will coordinate campaigns, onboard new sellers, collect feedback, and share daily status updates on performance and upcoming activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with majors in relevant field.
• Strong analytical ability and data sensitivity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse cross border performance and develop insights on driving factors behind the figures.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify pain points for sellers and buyers, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand local processes and ensure exposure for cross-border sellers and products.
• Coordinate cross-border campaigns.
• Liaise with key account managers to onboard new sellers and obtain feedback.
• Send daily status updates on performance and upcoming activities.
