Job summary

Oakwood & Drehem Capital Pte. Ltd. is offering a full-time internship in corporate advisory and project support in Singapore. The role involves assisting with M&A, pre-IPO activities, cross-border projects and coordinating with clients and external partners.

You will help prepare materials, conduct market and company research, and draft communications. Mandarin is preferred for client interactions, and LOA or credit-bearing arrangements are welcome.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, law, or communications.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship (LOA or credit-bearing) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin preferred due to client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with client-facing communication, document handling, research, and coordination work.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate advisory, M&A, pre-IPO and cross-border projects.
• Prepare project materials, meeting notes, decks, client summaries, and internal updates.
• Conduct basic market, company and industry research and information gathering.
• Coordinate with clients, partners and external service providers; organize client information and documents.
• Draft emails, messages and bilingual communications; assist in meeting coordination and follow-ups.
