A leading financial institution seeks a dedicated professional for its cross-border business development team. The role focuses on acquiring prestigious wealth management clients and enhancing customer relationships while contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and at least one year of banking experience.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct market analysis and drive business development in the cross-border segment, working closely with branches in Mainland China, Southeast Asia and other regions.
2. Identify and acquire cross-border Prestigious Wealth Management customers, assisting in account opening and funds placement.
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with cross-border customers to increase the overall customer base and assets under management.
4. Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies targeted at cross-border Prestigious Wealth Management customers.
5. Assist in setting business targets for the team and branches in line with overall strategic plans. Ensure branches comply with regulatory requirements and gather internal feedback for the optimisation of processes when required.
6. Assist with the preparation and submission of business data and reports.
7. Other tasks and duties as assigned.
8. Achieve the department's cross-border business targets.
Requirement
1. Degree and above from reputable university.
2. At least 1 years and above experience in bank.
3. Good communication and coordination skills, strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, with good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin so as to speak with Chinese background customers.
4. Other requirements:
