Job summary

StarHub Ltd. seeks an experienced CRM/OM Domain Owner to lead end-to-end strategy, delivery, and health of StarHub’s CRM and OM platforms, including Salesforce CRM and CloudSense CPQ/Order Management.

The role partners with sales and service across SME, Enterprise, Wholesale, and International segments to balance reliability with innovation, driving automation, platform stability, and compliance while shaping the long-term CRM/OM roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Business Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in CRM/OM platforms, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of CRM/OM platforms, including Salesforce CRM and CloudSense CPQ/Order Management.
• Experience running teams in a DevOps operating model with on-call support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM/OM strategy, delivery and health across StarHub platforms.
• Lead automation, DevSecOps and process optimization for sales and service workflows.
• Define multiyear CRM/OM roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and investments.
• Oversee domain operations, SLOs, incident management, and continuous improvement.
