Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and provide commercial coordination support for the Singapore region. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers, strong proficiency in SAP and Salesforce, and relevant experience within the chemical industry. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential to support communication with Chinese-speaking customers and headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationship management activities for the Singapore region, including maintaining accurate customer data and executing sales forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Prepare, update, and monitor sales forecasts, order pipelines, and customer demand in close coordination with sales and supply chain teams.
  • Organise and attend customer meetings, prepare presentation and meeting materials, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed action items.
  • Accurately identify and understand customer requirements, and coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, supply chain, and finance) to ensure efficient fulfilment.
  • Manage customer accounts receivable, monitor credit status, and support timely collections to achieve annual sales performance and compliance targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer, order, and forecast data in SAP and Salesforce.
  • Support commercial reporting, customer performance analysis, and internal or external audits as required.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction, retention, and business continuity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in CRM, customer service, or commercial support, preferably within the chemical or related industrial sector.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements, order management, and commercial operations.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese‑speaking customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
