Job description

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Support and enhance digital retail and CRM platform across the group. Partner with users and developers to deliver top-tier features and user experience. Provide training, document processes, and handle internal support queries.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using centralized databases, incorporating segmentation and marketing automation.
  • Oversee and maintain centralized databases across platforms, ensuring seamless and timely data synchronization from core systems (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Lead the development and deployment of structured, high-impact CRM programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize customer and user experiences across all platforms.
  • Create quarterly customer profiles for brand marketing teams to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Generate and present digital performance reports—weekly, monthly, and quarterly—including metrics on conversions, social media engagement, market audits, industry trends, and media effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on brand satisfaction and share of voice using online data (e.g. Google), tailored by brand and market segment on a monthly basis.

Requirements-

  • Minimum Degree qualifications with 2 – 3 years in digital marketing or systems with proven track records of performance marketing experience
  • Able to excel under pressure with the ability to manage concurrently projects and multiple deadlines
  • Result-oriented problem solver and team-player
  • Willingness to learn and excel
  • Proficient in CRM and Marketing Platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign, SalesForce, etc.) and MS Office applications
  • Passionate about all things digital: eager to learn and try new digital marketing technologies and methodologies
