Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, lead, and grow the CRM & Applications team across the Asia Pacific region.
- Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders in IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical/Field Service across all business units.
- Create and manage a community of regional champions to gather and prioritize requests for new projects and improvements within the Customer Engagement Ecosystem (including platforms like Life Science & Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing & Data Cloud, Field Service, and Alibaba Cloud in China).
- Ensure user support meets service level agreements (SLAs), conduct regular quality assessments, and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with the global Center of Excellence to define KPIs for user adoption, team performance, and satisfaction.
- Deliver data-driven insights through CRM analytics, monitor key performance indicators, and generate reports to support commercial excellence and frontline efficiency.
- Lead regional CRM initiatives and process enhancements in alignment with global and local commercial strategies.
- Ensure comprehensive training materials are available and execute training plans to promote effective system and process usage.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and CRM innovation to improve efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Represent the APAC region in global CRM governance, advocating for local needs and enhancements through the champions network.
Candidate Profile:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, Finance, or related field, with over 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on CRM, sales effectiveness, commercial excellence, and digital transformation.
- CRM Expertise: Practical experience in Salesforce as a Business Analyst, Consultant, Product Owner, or Administrator is advantageous.
- Implementation & Training: Proven track record in leading CRM deployments, training initiatives, and driving system adoption.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Veeva, or similar platforms, with the ability to align system capabilities with business requirements.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Stakeholder management and leadership skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
- Certifications: Salesforce Admin certification advantageous; additional certifications such as Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Admin/Consultant are a plus.
- Regional Expertise: Experience with Alibaba Cloud, especially in implementation, is highly desirable.
