Job description

Responsibilities (Text Only)

1. Perform assigned basic tasks (e.g., making rounds, recording building observations, taking measurements) with varying levels of supervision.
2. Under supervision, perform basic monitoring and inspection of critical environment-related facility equipment (e.g., controls, HVAC, mechanical systems), building, and grounds for unsafe or abnormal conditions.
3. Learn to operate all systems and equipment safely and professionally, understanding associated risks.
4. Utilize internal computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track equipment assets and complete work order requests.
5. Assist in emergency monitoring and response to abnormal conditions following emergency operating procedures (EOPs).
6. Perform maintenance tasks (planned, predictive, corrective) following methods of procedure (MOPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) under supervision.
7. Document tasks and issues for follow-up and escalate as appropriate.
8. Provide escorts for third-party contractors, vendors, and service providers based on severity-level procedures.
9. Follow safety and security requirements (e.g., JHAs, EH&S, toolbox talks) and business procedures to perform work safely, reliably, and in compliance with regulations.
10. Embody the company's culture and values.

Qualifications (Text Only)

1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2. Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check, upon hire and every two years.
3. Preferred qualifications include:
   1. Over 1 year of technical services experience in high-availability environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, refineries).
   2. Associate's Degree or technical trade certification.
   3. Equivalent experience.
