Job description

  • Location: Pasir Panjang (Have shuttle service from MRT to office building)
  • Salary: up to $5600
  • 5 days work week, 8.30am to 5pm and 830am to 4p
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies without any working experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Support the crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Assist in travel arrangement of the mobilization and de-mobilization of the crewing staff, including Air Tickets, Visa application, hotel accommodation, etc.
  • Ensure candidates are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competence certificate / qualification documents).
  • Assist on all crew issues.
  • Perform data entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
  • Maintain a proper and user-friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any discipline
  • Experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Maritime industry
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies without any working experience will be considered
  • Pleasant personalities mature, with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, take initiative and well organized
  • Able to work fast under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
