A leading entertainment and resort destination is seeking Guest Services Associates to provide exceptional experiences at front-gate admissions. This role involves ticketing, cash handling, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have relevant educational backgrounds and the ability to work flexible hours in various weather conditions.
Responsible for delivering the highest standards of exemplary guest services experience consistently at front-gate and in accordance with the standards and requirements set by Resorts World Sentosa.
Providing a welcoming front-gate experience at ticketing booth and ensuring guests have valid tickets for the admission for Singapore Oceanarium.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliver positive guest experience for guests by making their day a pleasant memorable one
Ensure show readiness of the parks
Perform accurate ticketing transactions and admission requirements
Meticulous in fulfilling cash handling and redemptions as accordance to department’s SOPs
Supporting administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as required
Assisting guests with queries and feedbacks
Able to work both in an indoor and outdoor environment
Job Requirements:
GCE N/O/A Levels, ITE Certificate or Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline
Able to perform shift work, and willing to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Able to stand for long hours and work in an environment where there can be hot, humid and wet weather.
