The Bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced Murex System/Business Analyst for the core Treasury IT team to support the bank's treasury division for the business with Commodities, CRD, FXD, IRD, FX, MM, Fixed Income products in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, and its overseas branches across the globe. The role requires the successful candidate to gather requirements, produce functional specifications, support SIT, UAT, work with the stakeholders/vendors, and drive the testing with the end users to ensure a successful deployment of the project, change request, and bug fix.
Responsibilities
- See through/support Counterparty Credit Risk system (CCR) change requests/projects/bug fixes (whichever applicable) from initiation to sign-off.
- Gather, analyze, and document user's requirements.
- Prepare, execute, and validate SIT test scenarios.
- Review user's UAT test requirements, execute, and support UAT.
- The candidate is expected to work closely and communicate effectively and independently with developers, business users, and external vendors.
Skills
Must have
- 6-9 years of experience with Murex.
- Good knowledge & experience in Murex system (MX 3.1).
- Front office and risk modules (MLC), for all asset classes.
- Ability to analyze user's requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and logical approach to problem solving and system solutioning.
- Strong coordination and organization/documentation skills; self-starter in documentation is an added advantage.
- Ability to propose/review user's test cases based on user requirements.
- Ability to review/analyze UAT issues.
- Strong team player with the ability to cross-share ideas.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in Trade Lifecycle is an added advantage.
- Self-starter in documentation is an added advantage.
