Job Description

Role Purpose

The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge in Credit Risk area (Basel 4, Basel 3 Credit Risk - (PD, LGD, EAD, RWA))
• Strong knowledge in Wholesale lending including Loan origination, credit decisioning, Limit management, Collaterals.
• Strong BA skills leading Jr BAs in Requirement gathering, Documentation, Data analysis, Presentation to stakeholders.
• Good knowledge in Capital markets asset classes (FI, EQ, FX, Commodities) and Counterparty credit risk
• Good SQL skills in fetching data and performing analysis
• Being proactive in mapping clients, sensing opportunities, working with sales/practice/delivery teams in fulfillment of positions
