Job description

The hiring company specializes in Financial Services. Due to expansion, they are seeking for an Credit Risk Control Manager to support them in their growing business.

Location:

• Chinatown Point
• Working hours: 9:30 PM - 6:30 PM, Mondays to Fridays

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and improve the Company's risk management system and business processes.
2. Approval of Corporate loan business.
3. On-site due diligence review of loan operations.
4. Responsible for Business pre-loan, loan and post-loan follow-up inspections.
5. Responsible for managing the Company's overdue debt collection work.
6. Ensure the Company's operating system complies with relevant government regulations.
7. Drive greater employee performance within the Sales team to achieve goals.
8. Responsible for the training of the company's risk control system.
9. Regularly hold risk control meetings to review and improve the risk control system.
10. Create contingency plans to manage crises.
11. Prepare Risk & Position reporting and submit recommendations.
12. Help implement solutions and plans.
13. Ensure risk exposures of the company are within stipulated limits.
14. Work closely with other business stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics Commerce or any other relevant education.
2. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant risk or credit risk control experience.
3. Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus.
4. Independent, organized, highly analytical and proactive.

Salary: $5,000 - $6,000
