A leading company in financial infrastructure is seeking a Credit Operations Analyst to minimize risk while supporting users in Greater China. The Credit Operations team is looking for an experienced analyst to join an industry leading global credit operations team. This position is responsible for conducting in-depth credit reviews, leading initiatives to improve credit decisioning at scale, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to expand the impact of the credit operations team to mitigate credit risk to Stripe.
In addition to executing complex, unified user risk assessments these analysts will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to expand the impact of the team to scale Greater China (GCN) user credit assessment and support processes.
They should have a deep understanding of commercial credit analysis/underwriting, strong analytical skills, and comfort engaging directly with users via email/live calls, and experience leading process improvement initiatives in a highly cross-functional & collaborative environment.
We are looking for someone passionate about minimizing risk while enabling our Greater China users, conducting in-depth credit underwriting reviews, and has a strong desire to work collaboratively with stakeholders while building and scaling credit processes and support for Greater China. This position works closely with cross-functional stakeholders across go-to-market, operations, risk, and product to mitigate financial and ecosystem risk while enabling our users.
The right candidate for this role will have a minimum of three years experience in credit operations within the payments, fintech, or financial service spaces and should have an understanding of general credit principals, risk management, and credit modeling. Candidates should also have experience working closely with cross functional stakeholders to drive investigative and operational process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$105,600 - S$158,400. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
