Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor event triggers accounts for commercial card customer

• Conduct screenings and checks and ensure documentation are processed within policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

• Liaise with Relationship Manager and Sales Manager to ensure proper follow up on queries during the review of documentation.

• Maintains good record keeping and documentation of alert disposition and/or escalation

• Will be expected to rotate and support various commercial process

• Cisco warehousing

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of credit processes and financial documents (e.g., balance sheet, income statement).

• Proficient in reading ACRA reports and entity profiles.

• Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organised.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
