The Role
Are you ready to lead and inspire a high-performing collections team in a role where your impact will be felt across the business? As a Credit & Collections Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and timely collections, while driving strategies that optimize cashflow and reduce AR days. You’ll play a key role in resolving complex and sensitive collection matters, acting as the main liaison for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
In this role, you’ll champion continuous improvement, lead change management efforts, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You’ll also manage reporting and performance dashboards, support audits, and contribute to transformation projects within a shared services environment. Requirements:
A degree in any discipline, with a preference for Finance, Accounting, or Business.
8 to 10 years of relevant experience in credit control and collections.
In-depth knowledge of collections processes, with the confidence to contribute effectively in discussions and strategy meetings.
Proven leadership abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
