U3 INFOTECH PTE. LTD. is seeking to align Credit Card product information across digital channels and physical collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates.

You will partner with the Credit Card team to support go-to-market campaigns and action plans. You will oversee end-to-end review and approval of marketing materials for regulatory and brand compliance, support campaign execution for Founders Card, and monitor performance metrics including acquisition, activation, usage,

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Credit Card product information across digital channels and brochures is accurate and updated.
• Assist product managers in execution of go-to-market campaigns and action plans.
• Manage end-to-end review and approval of marketing materials for regulatory and brand compliance.
• Assist product manager in executing campaigns and events for Founders Card.
• Support tracking and analysis of Founders Card and Credit Card performance metrics (acquisition, activation, usage, profitability).
• Oversee end-to-end fulfilment process for acquisition gifts, campaign entitlements, and referral incentives.
• Perform bi-monthly audits of Credit Card CVP cash credits and manage submission of product invoices.
• Monitor Credit Card stock and collateral levels to ensure uninterrupted card issuance and renewal operations.
• Manage day-to-day queries from the Contact Centre related to Credit Card CVP, product offerings, and campaign mechanics to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and consistently.
• Support Cards Head for periodic Third-Party Vendor annual reviews.
• Support Cards team for UAT and BVT testing when needed.

Job description

Manage end-to-end review and approval of marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory and brand guidelines.

Assist product manager in executing campaigns and events for Founders Card.

Support tracking and analysis of Founders Card and Credit Card performance metrics, including acquisition, activation, usage, and profitability indicators.

Oversee the end-to-end fulfilment process for acquisition gifts, bundle campaign entitlements, and sales referral incentives.

Perform bi-monthly audits of Credit Card CVP cash credits and manage the submission of product-related invoices for reconciliation.

Monitor Credit Card stock and collateral levels to ensure uninterrupted card issuance and renewal operations.

Manage day-to-day queries from the Contact Centre related to Credit Card CVP, product offerings, and campaign mechanics to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and consistently.

Support Cards Head for periodic Third-Party Vendor annual reviews.
