Associate / Senior Associate - Credit Documentation (Account Creation Team)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Account Creation Team. This role is responsible for executing and overseeing account creation processes. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of Finacle system. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and activate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Bot tasks for Hire Purchase (HP) account creation and floor stock extensions, troubleshoot failures and perform manual data entries as needed to ensure timely completion.
  • Execute manual data entries for customer, security and account details related to mortgage and HP machinery loans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined service standards.
  • Perform Finacle system updates for insurance, valuation and loan rescheduling upon disbursement.
  • Collaborate on system testing initiatives for new or upgraded products, service pack deployments and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) exercises.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Banking & Finance, Business or a related discipline. *Candidates without a diploma but with relevant banking operations experience will also be suitably considered
  • Proficiency in Finacle core banking system.
  • Proven ability to process high volumes of data accurately within tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a proactive and fast-learning mindset.
  • A resilient team player who performs well under pressure.
