Credit Asset Management, Treasury - Global Payment

About The Team: The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions, including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and more to ensure a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms, including TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily liquidity operations on credit asset liability for consumer lending businesses, with in-depth knowledge of business scenarios and product features.
  2. Build credit asset liability cash flow and portfolio management models, and develop strategies for asset-liability matching to balance the cost of funds and liquidity risks.
  3. Support analysis and negotiations with external partners to ensure sustainable funding sources for business expansion in terms of scale, quota, cost, and risk, and provide advice on asset insurance if applicable.
  4. Be responsible for credit asset management system development, focusing on key indicators, operational functionalities, and risk alerts.
  5. Optimize credit asset management strategies and models by leveraging forecasting based on business features and funding partner capabilities.
  6. Lead PM and R&D teams to develop system capabilities supporting consumer lending businesses in the long term.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of funding costs from external parties in various consumer lending scenarios, such as ABS and channeling loans, specifically in the SEA region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience in systematic thinking and quick learning under pressure.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consumer lending, with expertise in SEA markets.
