The successful candidate will manage talents, ensuring professional conduct in all activities and fostering strong relationships. Ideal applicants should have at least 2 years of talent management experience and be passionate about digital content and new media in a fast-paced environment.

Your role as a Creator Success Manager, will require you to work closely with SGAG talents and HCN creators to launch engaging paid social campaigns on their channels. You will get hands-on experience on how to pitch creative ideas to established brands and agencies, execute the campaigns and optimise for good results.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and mentoring HEPMIL talents - taking into accounts the specific talents’ growth and aspirations
Gatekeeping and ensuring talents remain professional on both social media and client-facing activities
Key coordinator between Talents and Accounts Team on campaigns enquiries and project management
Collaborate with Creator Development Team, Creatives and Talents to grow organic content performance
Relationship building with talents by accompanying them on events, media events and any other social gigs
IDEAL CANDIDATE
2 year talent management experience
Strong understanding of the local media landscape and Hepmil Creator’s Network
Passionate about managing talents and creators, new media and digital content
Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills
Strong team player
Enjoys nurturing client relationships and a fast paced environment
