We’re looking for a curious, creative person to join us as a Creative Writer. You’ll help us dream up big ideas, write in voices that feel real (not robotic), and bring brand stories to life across blogs, campaigns, and social.

You’ll be:

• Writing blog posts (mostly), social content, brand stories, and the occasional one-liner
• Brainstorming ideas that are as weird or wonderful as needed
• Learning how to shape tone, messaging, and creative strategies for different clients, stories etc.
• Collaborating with our team
• Writing for our O&W Reads page

We'll love to work with you if...

• You can write like a human. (Like… really. There's little room for AI-y sounding-copy here. If your sentences have soul, humour, or edge... we want ’em.)
• You know how to shift tone: from playful and cheeky to sharp and polished.
• You understand branding (or want to learn) and can help translate a brand’s vibe into words.
• You’re organised, proactive, and can manage your time without melting down.
• You work well solo, but also love a good team brainstorm.
• You have personal opinions and colourful stories that you'd love to share
• You’re studying or recently studied English, Creative Writing, Communications, or anything where words matter. (Or you’ve just been writing for fun and it shows)
• Have a solid grasp of SEO
