Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Film/Visual Communications/Design or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in the creative/media industry; portfolio required.
• Understanding of Digital marketing.
• Passionate about social media and online content.
• Technical knowledge of professional lighting and photography equipment.
• Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent knowledge of audio balancing and color grading.
• Strong storytelling ability.
• On-site execution in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and creating short video content for digital marketing solutions.
• Operate and maintain cameras, audio, and other production equipment.
• Prepare and set up equipment prior to filming, including lighting and accessories.
• Complete preventive maintenance and assist in repair of studio assets.
• Manage production timeline from brief to asset delivery.
• Maintain equipment inventory and production schedule.
• Produce assets at a steady pace with attention to detail.
• Contribute to design discussions with the marketing team for campaigns.
• Present concepts to the marketing team with layout and platform considerations.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, art services, printers, etc.
• Oversee all stages of video production including filming, editing, distribution, and archiving.
• Perform editing tasks from splicing to color correction and grading.
