Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Creative Technologist to develop compelling creative concepts using emerging tools and technologies that bring ideas to life in new ways. The role requires championing innovation across luxury brand output with AI, motion, generative and interactive techniques.

You will bridge creative and production teams, prototype new workflows, and ensure technology enhances brand identity while maintaining high polish and relevance in a luxury hospitality context.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio spanning traditional art direction and technology-driven or experimental creative work.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools, 3D/motion software, and digital or interactive production techniques.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, travel, entertainment, or lifestyle brand environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling skills with curiosity for tools, platforms and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate across creative, technical and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts leveraging emerging technology, including Generative AI, 3D, motion, and interactive formats.
• Prototype and pressure-test new techniques and workflows balancing innovation with polish.
• Bridge between creative and production teams and external partners to integrate technology into traditional pipelines.
• Provide creative direction across campaigns blending traditional media with digital and AI-assisted elements.
• Present ideas persuasively to senior stakeholders and translate concepts into business value.
