About the Role:

We’re seeking a Creative Strategist to join our team and drive the performance of our video content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative creative angles, optimizing video performance, and managing a streamlined production process to ensure maximum output. If you’re passionate about blending creativity with data-driven strategies, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Ideation: Develop new and engaging creative concepts for video content that resonate with our target audience and drive performance.
  2. Performance Optimization: Analyze video performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on creative strategies.
  3. Process Management: Oversee a tight, agile process to ensure that creative ideas are executed efficiently and at scale.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the media buying, content, and production teams to align creative strategies with overall marketing goals.
  5. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually push the creative boundaries.

Minimum requirements include proven experience creating engaging and high-performance content, preferably within digital marketing or DTC e-commerce; the ability to translate data insights into creative ideas; good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/campaigns under tight deadlines; proficiency in video production/editing and content creation processes and best practices; and exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
