The Foundations Corporate Communications team drives the organisations mission and vision, and supports department initiatives, through integrated media, marketing and communications strategies to achieve public education, communication and business objectives.
The Corporate Communications Creative Solutions Specialist will be responsible for conceptualising and developing engaging audiovisual content for the organisation, to build and sustain a positive brand perception.
Main Responsibilities
- Be in charge of, or support departments, in planning and developing video content that is in line with the client's brand guidelines and media, marketing and communications objectives.
- Develop audiovisual content for the following purposes including but not limited to: patient/staff stories, interviews, dramatisations, lifestyle content, educational content, event coverage, product shots, podcasts.
- Conceptualise compelling story angles with strong visual impact, develop storyboard, scripts and talking points.
- Contribute creative ideas for the development of all collaterals.
- Manage logistics, working closely with team members for conducting on-site filming, interviews, photography, podcast recording, lighting and sound set-up, etc.
- Post-production work including editing, sourcing for and using appropriate music to deliver the best audiovisual impact, providing DI support for photos as part of the creative solution team.
- Ensure adherence to copyright laws including music, stock images, stock videos, content inspired from other creators.
- Upkeep and ensure that the filming equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, etc remain in good working condition.
- Custodian of department's archive of collaterals, photos, videos, recordings, etc.
- Custodian of subscription platforms and responsible for procurement, maintenance and renewal of platforms and downloaded assets.
Qualification (Related Field)
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Film, Broadcast, Media, Communications or related technical or industrial disciplines.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in developing audiovisual and/or professionally crafted social media content.
- Proficient in Mac OS X.
- Proficient in editing software including Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / After Effects).
- Proficient in the use of filming, sound, lighting equipment, including mirrorless micro four-thirds camera.
- Flexible in the use of equipment and software, including the use of mobile phone cameras, gimbals, drones, mobile phone stands, mobile editing apps e.g. Capcut, InShot to create real-time Instagram stories, FB/IG Live or for seamless social media sharing.
- Experience in agency and/or healthcare is a bonus.
