Job summary

Heart Springs Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Executive to grow our beauty and wellness brands. You will plan, create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and support marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with outlet teams, liaise with influencers, and monitor performance to drive reach and engagement. Fresh graduates are welcome; a diploma or degree in marketing or related field is preferred, with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Prior experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest or portfolio in social media marketing are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Comfortable with creating short-form video content and basic photo/video editing.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar apps is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to propose new content and marketing ideas.
• Comfortable visiting outlets for content creation and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar across platforms.
• Create engaging social media content including posts, Reels and short-form videos.
• Coordinate and participate in photo and video shoots at outlets.
• Write clear and engaging captions and marketing copy.
• Monitor trends and identify content ideas and opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day posting and upkeep of social media accounts.
• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Liaise with influencers, content creators, partners and external vendors.
• Assist with digital advertisements and campaign execution across platforms such as Meta.
• Track social media and campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
