Job Title: Creative & Social Media Executive
Job-Type: Full-time
Reports To: Marketing & Regional Creative Assistant Manager
Location: Singapore
Key responsibilities:
  • Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable content and creative assets, while maintaining brand consistency
  • Increase website traffic through social media initiatives
  • Manage any existing social media intern and monitor their development, as well as liaise with part-time manpower
What you’ll be doing:
  • Photography:
    • Operating of camera equipments for photoshoots to capture high quality images
    • Editing of photographs e.g. colour grading, touch-ups, digital imaging
    • Staging and styling properties for shoots
    • Oversee and capture creative assets for the property, including lifestyle photos website and social media
    • Maintaining and updating of property photo/video library
    • Operation of VR equipment and 3D capturing of property (training provided)
    • Maintenance of staging props
  • Videography
    • Pre-production: conceptualizing and storyboarding
    • Production: operating camera equipment for video production shoots e.g. home tours for IG Reels and lifestyle TikTok content
    • Post-production: editing videos (assembling footage, colour grading, adding visual effects and animation)
  • Social Media
    • Manage Cove’s regional organic social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and tenant social app, from strategy to content planning and execution with a focus on growth and engagement
    • Leading brainstorming meetings and providing fresh ideas and visual concepts for social media content
    • Monthly social media reporting
  • Events
    • Work with the Tenant Experience Management team to organise events for tenants such as workshops, social events, community giveaways, etc.
    • Create content during community events e.g. video- and photo-taking

Essential requirements
  • Prior experience in photography and social media management
  • Completed a diploma or undergraduate course in Communications, Design, Marketing or related field
  • Experienced user of Adobe Suite and/or other video editing softwares
  • Fluent in English with good copywriting skills
  • Has a creative eye and attention to detail
  • Resourceful, flexible, and proactive
  • Not afraid to go out of comfort zone
  • Team player
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience in Travel & Hospitality or Real Estate Photography
  • Experience in production workflows and video shoots
  • Experience in event organization and community building
