Job summary

Cintra Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Creative Production Intern to bring ideas to life through filming and editing. You will work across the full content-production process, from ideation and planning shoots to filming, editing, and creating social media content.

This internship is for 3–6 months and is ideal for someone with practical content creation experience who wants to grow in an agency environment and possibly convert to a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute creative ideas for social media content.
• Assist with planning and preparing for shoots.
• Film short-form content using cameras or smartphones.

• Capture different angles, b-roll, and footage needed for edits.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Add captions, music, transitions, and other basic edits.
• Work with the creative team to bring content ideas from concept to final output.
• Keep up with social media trends and new content formats.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Creative Production Intern who can bring ideas to life through both filming and editing.

You’ll work across the full content production process, from coming up with creative ideas and planning shoots to filming, editing, and creating content for social media.

This role is suited for someone who already has some practical experience creating content and wants to develop their skills further in an agency environment. We’re also looking for someone who is interested in growing with the team and potentially converting to a full-time role after the internship.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute creative ideas for social media content
• Assist with planning and preparing for shoots
• Film short-form content using cameras or smartphones
• Handle basic lighting and audio setup
• Capture different angles, b-roll, and footage needed for edits
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Add captions, music, transitions, and other basic edits
• Work with the creative team to bring content ideas from concept to final output
• Keep up with social media trends and new content formats
  

What We’re Looking For

• Able to shoot and edit short-form content independently
• Familiar with basic camera operation, composition, lighting, and audio
• Comfortable using editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Good eye for visuals, pacing, and storytelling
• Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working on shoots and in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through
• Looking for an internship with the potential to convert into a full-time role
  

Bonus Points

• Portfolio or examples of videos you have personally shot and edited
• Experience with cameras, lighting, or audio equipment
• Background in film, media, communications, or related fields
• Experience creating content for brands or social media
• Multilingual abilities
