The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading global organization in the tech industry to find a talented Creative Services Lead for the APAC region.
This role will be essential in shaping and executing the production strategy, working on high-profile programs and activations for top client brands, and driving creative excellence through innovation.
The role will begin as a contract position.
Candidates who are able to start work on short notice will be preferred due to urgency of hire.
The Talent
At least 8 years of experience in creative services, production, or a related field.
Proven success in strategic planning, executing high-priority business initiatives, and improving production processes.
Strong understanding of the advertising industry, including creator marketing, trends, and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (Business Affairs, Finance, Legal, Compliance, etc.).
Expertise in managing external vendors (production companies, agencies, AI vendors, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English, with knowledge of the APAC market.
Job Description
Production Strategy Leadership: Lead the execution of creative production strategies across major programs and activations in the APAC region. Ensure the highest standards of creative quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners, including creative teams, vertical leads, and external vendors, to develop and align production plans, schedules, and budgets.
Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class work that aligns with the company's goals.
Innovation and Technology Integration: Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies such as AI and creator marketing to drive creative innovation and quality.
Project Leadership and Management: Oversee large-scale productions and regional initiatives, managing a team of producers and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organized project documentation, ensuring accurate status updates, job folders, and final production assets are tracked and delivered.
Strategic Business Impact: Align creative production efforts with overall business goals, ensuring the effective execution of creative campaigns that drive engagement and growth in the APAC region.
