Job summary
Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in digital assets within the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of the program, you will work on resource management, AI and automation, and agency/vendor coordination across global teams.
Ideal candidates are university students or recent graduates who are bilingual in English and Mandarin, highly organized, data-driven, and eager to contribute to fast-paced,
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with data reporting and dashboards.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana reporting and automation is a plus).
- Interest in AI and automation and applying them to workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support capacity planning and track planned vs actual resourcing needs.
- Collaborate with Creatives and Creative Operations Lead on resourcing challenges and process inefficiencies.
- Master dashboards and Asana reporting views to identify automation opportunities.
- Monitor creative pipeline to ensure on-time resourcing for BAU requests.
- Audit agency partners and support onboarding or scope changes.
- Define standardized agency resourcing protocols in Confluence.
