At Delcie’s Desserts & Cakes, we are known for our guilt-free, health-conscious desserts. As a Creative Marketing & Customer Experience Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence both online and in-store, providing a seamless experience to our customers and making every interaction memorable.
What You’ll Do:
1. Creative Marketing & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute dynamic digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search engines to tell our brand story.
- Create eye-catching content—graphics, ads, videos, blogs, and testimonials—that reflects our values and resonates with our audience.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts and content to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Design marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and email templates for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
2. Customer Experience & Retail Engagement:
- Lead customer interactions in-store, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience with personalized service.
- Manage sales over the counter, cashier operations, and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Create memorable experiences in-store through promotions, product demonstrations, and engagement initiatives.
- Oversee visual merchandising and ensure our retail space accurately reflects our brand image.
- Help plan and promote seasonal launches, pop-up events, and brand collaborations to drive foot traffic and sales.
3. Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy:
- Foster relationships with health, wellness, and lifestyle influencers to extend our reach and increase brand awareness.
- Organize and promote events such as workshops, baking challenges, and community-driven initiatives to strengthen our brand community.
- Work with media and PR teams to secure opportunities for brand visibility in the public space.
4. Performance & Growth Strategy:
- Analyze marketing data, customer behavior, and performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance results.
- Assist with the marketing budget and ensure resources are used efficiently to generate the highest ROI.
