Job summary

PEP & CO PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Creative Lead to guide multi-channel design projects from concept to delivery. You will partner with clients and internal teams to create visually compelling campaigns across digital and print media, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in creative/advertising, a strong portfolio, and hands-on expertise in typography, layout, and production. Independence and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Art / Graphic Design / Marketing & Communications / Journalism or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative / Advertising industry or within a media agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and polished visual design across multiple mediums.
• Hands-on experience with typography, colour, web layout design, and print production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project.
• Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on availability and priorities.
• Meet with clients to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects.
• Monitor workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly.
• Create visually appealing and user-centric designs for a wide range of mediums including campaigns creative, content creation, digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs concepts to visualize ideas.
• Provide guidance to junior designers, assist them in their professional growth and development.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Serve as the primary contact for work progression through the creative studio and evolve design strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to improve design processes.
