We’re seeking a Creative Lead who can unite brand storytelling, design systems and emerging technology into compelling experiences, leading multidisciplinary teams from discovery through delivery while mentoring others and upholding craft and quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creative, brand, digital, product or experience design.
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking, visual craft and problem-solving.
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary creative projects from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital platforms, user experience and emerging technologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including strategists, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity to explore new technologies, AI and evolving creative workflows.
• Ability to mentor, inspire and elevate the people around you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision across brand, digital and experience projects from concept through execution.
• Translate complex business challenges into simple, compelling creative ideas.
• Establish and uphold a high standard of design quality, craft and storytelling across every project.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution.

• Design websites, digital products and platforms that combine usability with emotional impact.
• Think holistically across brand, interaction, content and motion, not just screens.
• Develop scalable creative systems that enable consistency without sacrificing creativity.
