Job summary

LAR+D PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking an architectural/interior designer to assist and support the team on design development from feasibility studies to detail design, and to produce 2D/3D drawings and physical models for architectural projects. You will prepare presentation boards, attend site and client/consultant meetings, and contribute to project administration while enjoying a flexible work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or interior design.
• Independent, responsible and passionate about design.
• Able to liaise with clients and consultants and handle projects.
• Competent in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and Office.
• Experience in residential projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the team in architectural and interior design projects.
• Design development throughout all stages from feasibility studies to detail design.
• Production of 2D / 3D drawings.
• Production of physical models for architectural projects.
• Preparation of presentation boards and project administration works.
• Attend site and client / consultants meetings.
• Flexible work arrangement.
