Job description

    As the Creative Head at Weddings by Artique, you will be the visionary force behind the artistic direction of our photography and cinematography projects. Your role involves defining and maintaining the overall visual aesthetic of Weddings by Artique, developing unique storytelling concepts for each wedding project, and curating visual themes, mood boards, and style guides for pre-wedding, wedding, and post-wedding shoots.You will lead and mentor the photography, cinematography, and editing teams, providing clear creative briefs, guidance, and feedback to ensure artistic excellence. Creating a collaborative and inspiring environment that encourages innovation and high performance is essential in this role.Your responsibilities include supervising all stages of creative production from pre-production planning to post-production editing, reviewing final outputs for consistency with brand standards, and coordinating with operations and client servicing teams to ensure creative goals align with timelines and expectations.As the Creative Head, you will play a crucial role in evolving the brand identity by experimenting with new visual trends and storytelling techniques, ensuring all client-facing content aligns with the creative ethos. You will also contribute to the social media strategy and content curation in collaboration with the marketing team.Client interaction is a significant aspect of this role, as you will attend key client meetings, present creative concepts to clients, and ensure a seamless and enriching creative experience for every client by incorporating feedback effectively.The ideal candidate for this role is a visionary with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Strong understanding of diverse wedding traditions and cultural aesthetics, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and client-focused approach are preferred qualities. Being passionate about staying ahead of creative trends in the wedding industry is also important.This is a full-time position with paid time off benefits. The work schedule includes morning shifts with weekend availability. The required experience for this role is a minimum of 2 years as a Creative Head.
