Job description

Experience and Skill-set: 7-10 years of experience in brand building, demonstrating strong design and communication skills. Preferably coming from a reputed creative agency or already working with a start-up heading the creative function/team. Hands-on experience and proven understanding of design, copy, layouts, UI & UX principles. Excellent knowledge of software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Illustrator, etc. Consumer-centricity and an open, experimentation-based approach. Understanding of the creative development process, brand architecture, and values. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders from corporate and regional teams across functions like operations, product, technology, HR, finance, and marketing. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers, and other stakeholders to understand briefs and guide the creative team for impactful delivery.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate scalable, business-relevant ideas.
  • Work with social media, brand teams, and content partners to deliver viral content across various formats.
  • Develop digital creatives and banners aimed at high CTRs.
  • Conceptualize and develop disruptive experiential concepts as brand touchpoints.
  • Direct and motivate teams of designers, illustrators, and copywriters; act as a mentor to build in-house creative capabilities.
  • Deliver top-quality productions across videos, radio, outdoor, animation, and photography; willing to engage hands-on when necessary.
  • Work closely with the brand team to define guidelines for imagery, copy, tone, and layouts across mediums.
  • Manage and ensure consistent creative execution across web, app, social media, offline, and ATL channels.
  • Act as the custodian of the brand, ensuring all executions adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Define and own the creative development cycle, establishing processes for scaling, tracking, and measuring efforts.
