JOB PURPOSE

The Creative Executive plays an essential role in curating and maintaining the visual content on digital platforms, ensuring all imagery aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and storytelling. This role focuses on image selection, retouching direction, and editorial content upkeep for the website, working closely with photographers, stylists, and designers to deliver high-quality visual assets.

Creatively, he/she has a strong eye for detail, composition, and colour, ensuring that all images uphold the brand’s visual identity. He/she collaborates with photographers to provide retouching notes and image refinements, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Essentially, the Creative Executive ensures that the visual execution of campaigns and product imagery is of the highest quality, reinforcing the brand’s style and enhancing the shopping experience for customers online. This person is creative, organized, and has a deep understanding of fashion imagery and conceptual narratives.

RESPONSIBILITES

Content Creation & Art Direction

  • Plan and produce engaging content, including social media posts, blog/ Journal articles, newsletters, videos, and campaign and editorial visuals.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists to create visually compelling narratives.
  • Direct and assist photoshoot & production of editorials, still-life and catalog shoots closely with talents on set
  • Ensure all content reflects the brand’s aesthetic, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.), ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor trends, competitor content and stay ahead in the fashion industry.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, e-commerce, and PR teams to align messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Support event, launches, and activations by creating pre-event buzz and post-event content recaps and production needs.

Other Adhoc Duties

  • Align and assist content planning and production timeline closely with producers and content managers
  • Support the team with any ad-hoc projects assigned by superior

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree in Creative, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion industry
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Passion for luxury fashion, art, and design
  • Proficiency in graphic design is a plus
