Job description

Key Responsibilities:

· Conceptualization & Ideation:
Develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.) that align with the company’s brand and goals.

· Graphic Design:
Create visually engaging designs for a range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital assets, social media graphics, and website visuals.

· Motion Graphics:
Produce motion graphics and animations for video content, digital campaigns, and social media. Bring creative concepts to life through dynamic visuals.

· Brand Development:
Ensure all creative materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

· Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to develop cohesive and effective visual storytelling for campaigns.

· Content Creation & Editing:
Develop, edit, and refine visual content using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

· Campaign Support:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing creative design assets for online and offline platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in every piece of content produced.

· Collaborate across the Company to support projects and initiatives that require design support

· Trend Monitoring:
Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and digital marketing strategies to ensure content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Creative Marketing Executive with a portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

· Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and animation techniques.

· Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from inception to final product.

· Experience in creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short video clips.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing content requirements.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
