Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director who can elevate our design excellence and be the key driver of new business growth. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with strong sales acumen and a proven ability to achieve sales KPIs. This role requires a hands-on approach, blending inspiring creative direction with sharp strategic business development and precise project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and presenting compelling sales pitches, including impactful mood boards, that communicate our design philosophy and brand proposition to prospective clients.

• Setting the overarching creative vision and brand direction for all projects, ensuring they consistently meet client objectives while aligning with our company's design philosophy

• Ensure client satisfaction and routinely provide progress updates throughout the project lifecycle

• Organizing and chairing studio sessions to foster a collaborative and innovative design environment

• Working closely with brand partners, 3rd party vendors and clients to ensure quality assurance and budget adherence

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility

We are looking for

• At least a Bachelor’s or Master’s in interior design.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or directorial role.

• Proven track record of successful sales pitches and securing significant interior design projects.

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful interior design projects.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively.
