As an experienced professional in the creative field with 10-12 years of experience, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring creative teams to develop innovative design solutions. Your responsibilities will include ideating and executing original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment.Your passion and skill in art and aesthetics, with a focus on UI/UX, will be highly valued. In addition, you will be expected to extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value to both clients and the business. Your role will involve developing creative ideas that align with both client objectives and business goals while upholding the company's standards of creative excellence and professionalism.You will be involved in presenting, sharing, and reviewing creative work with various stakeholders, as well as managing multiple projects from concept to completion. Collaboration with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team will be essential to develop disruptive and iconic work. Additionally, you will participate in and lead brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.To excel in this role, you should have a background in creative and art, along with strong time management and prioritization skills. A can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure, strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this position.,
