Job description

The hiring company is a local advertising firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. They are looking to fill the role of a Creative Director to lead their creative team.

Responsibilities
  1. Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
  2. Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the client's requirements
  3. Direct and motivate teams of art directors and copywriters to help them use their talents effectively
  4. Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
  5. Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meets clients' needs
  6. Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team
  7. Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
  8. Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future
  9. Lead and present the creative proposal to the client
Requirements
  1. At least six years of providing creative direction in the advertising industry
  2. Proven experience in strategizing and ideating marketing campaigns for the public service sector
  3. Hands-on experience in the creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
  4. Excellent public speaking skills, leadership, and organization skills
  5. Excellent interpersonal and analytical abilities
