About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead the creative direction of campaigns and projects, driving ideas that move people and businesses. You will shape bold concepts, pitch compelling campaign proposals, and work closely with clients and internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and impact. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller, a confident presenter, and a leader who inspires teams and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the creative team, setting the standard for quality, innovation, and originality across all work.
- Develop and lead the creative vision for client campaigns, pitches, and long-term brand narratives
- Craft and deliver compelling proposals that connect strategic insights with strong creative ideas
- Represent the creative vision in client meetings and presentations, selling ideas with confidence and persuasion
- Collaborate closely with strategy, production, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of concepts
- Guide the creative development process across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, originality, and business relevance
- Act as a creative partner to business development teams, helping to unlock opportunities and bring in new projects
- Inspire internal teams to push creative boundaries while staying aligned with client goals
- Possess working knowledge of animation principles and motion storytelling to brief and collaborate with animation teams effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in a senior creative leadership role, ideally within an agency or media environment
- Proven ability to conceptualize and pitch ideas that win clients and deliver results
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and creative initiatives from ideation to completion
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns, brand narratives, or creative strategy work
- Comfortable navigating both big-picture thinking and detailed creative development
- Familiarity with animation workflows, motion language, or how animation can enhance storytelling is a plus
