What You’ll Do:
Lead Creative Vision
- Bring big, bold creative ideas to life – from initial concept to final delivery.
- Lead the charge on creative direction for live experiences, brand activations, and event campaigns.
- Stay ahead of the curve with trends, tech, and cultural shifts to keep our work fresh and future-forward.
- Translate client briefs into innovative, commercially sound concepts that make an impact.
Inspire and Collaborate
- Guide and motivate a talented creative team to deliver their best work.
- Collaborate with accounts, production, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life with precision and flair.
- Be the go-to creative voice for clients, leading presentations and refining ideas with confidence and care.
- Work alongside artists, designers, and tech experts to bring immersive experiences to life.
Own the Process
- Oversee creative development: mood boards, decks, visual renderings, and pitch materials.
- Drive high-quality execution from pitch to production.
- Bring creative magic to life on-site during live event setups and execution.
- Maintain high standards across all deliverables and ensure alignment with client goals.
Champion Innovation
- Experiment with AR/VR, AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini), and emerging tech to craft interactive, immersive stories.
- Encourage the use of digital tools to streamline creative workflows and accelerate ideation.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years of creative experience, with 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.
- A knockout portfolio showing original, impactful work across events, experiences, and content.
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional creative teams.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Suite and Google Slides (Figma is a plus).
- Familiarity with experiential marketing, visual media, and brand strategy.
- A passion for innovation, tech, and culture – and an ability to turn ideas into action.
- Positive, proactive, and a natural team motivator.

- Have worked across markets in APAC.
- Are fluent in using AI tools to power creative ideas.
