Creative Director

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the concept, design, and execution of impactful event experiences. This role blends storytelling, strategic thinking, and design leadership to deliver immersive, on-brand moments that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop bold, engaging event concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity
2. Lead and inspire a team of designers to deliver outstanding creative work
3. Oversee event branding, visual identity, and multimedia content creation
4. Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources efficiently
5. Balance creative innovation with business objectives
6. Stay ahead of trends and incorporate fresh ideas into concepts
7. Ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail across all deliverables
8. Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture
9. Build strong relationships with clients, teams, and external partners
10. Assess event success and apply learnings for ongoing improvement

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Events, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Advanced degree a plus)
2. 5+ years of creative leadership experience in events or experiential marketing
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D rendering software is a bonus
