Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to craft high-impact social media content across paid and organic channels. This role is key to elevating our clients’ brands through static visuals, short-form videos, motion graphics, and more. The ideal candidate has a sharp design eye, a strong digital mindset, and a proven portfolio of social media work.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Design engaging static posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Translate brand guidelines into visually striking social media assets.
  • Ensure creative consistency across formats while pushing for innovation.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with strategists, copywriters, and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh creative ideas.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly on designs.

Trend & Platform Awareness:

  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, formats, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new design approaches to keep content relevant and competitive.
  • Understand platform-specific requirements and optimise designs accordingly.

Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organise and maintain design files and assets for easy access and handoff.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time and within project scope.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proven experience designing for social media, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and video work.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media dynamics.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma; video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt to evolving creative needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with social media paid ad formats and specifications.
  • Ability to analyse creative performance and optimise designs for better results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and learnable mindset.
