Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Creative Designer with a strong background in illustration and experience in the Food & Beverage industry to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to produce compelling visual content that enhances our brand and supports marketing campaigns. Your design and illustration skills will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life and driving brand awareness.
Your Mission:
Design visually engaging marketing assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, menus, and promotional items.
Create original illustrations and graphics for campaigns, mascot, and other visual assets to ensure brand consistency.
Develop creative concepts for F&B campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product launches that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
Design Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, including in-store signage, banners, and other visual assets that communicate promotional messages and engage customers in-store.
Ensure design consistency across all visual outputs, aligned with brand guidelines.
Develop graphics for merchandise and promotional items that tie back to brand identity and campaign goals.
Manage the production of food photography, ensuring high-quality images that align with brand aesthetics, from styling to final edits.
Organize and maintain an asset library of templates, artwork, and files for internal and external use.
Collaborate with external partners, such as photographers and printers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Keep up with visual trends in F&B and youth-centric lifestyle brands to help keep the brand fresh and current.
Your Talent:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent.
3–5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage or retail industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and illustration across multiple platforms (print, digital, and social media).
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, layout, and photography.
Experience with food photography, styling, and a deep understanding of design trends in the F&B sector.
Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, leading design projects from concept to completion.
Positive, creative mindset with a proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Adaptable and willing to embrace AI tools to improve creative workflow, boost productivity, and keep the brand competitive in a rapidly evolving industry.
